About Me
“Impossible Is Just An Option”, I Believe. Providing that an idea is coupled to the right expertise and passion for advancement.
After my graduation in 1988 as Mining Engineer at the Delft University of Technology (Department for Mining and Petroleum Engineering) I studied Environmental Management at the Dutch Open University. In 1990 I started as consultant in the field of soil and groundwater investigation and remediation in a large Dutch engineering company. In 1992 I took the opportunity to transfer to a leading German environmental consultancy, and from there – together with three other colleagues – I started a specialized environmental management consultancy company in Germany in 1996.
In 2000 I accepted a position as general manager of a joint partnership of two renowned Dutch demolition companies, looking for project opportunities in Germany. I moved on after two years, establishing concept2project as an HSE consultancy, parallel working in a German business development services company and – from 2006 tot 2012 – also in a large Dutch innovation services organization.
In 2014 I integrated the environmental, health & safety consultancy services with my expertise in the field of innovation management and international clean tech business development into concept2project bv, believing that this combination of qualities will the right answer to market demands.
